RTI have over the past 3 years continuously been faced with the concern that tubular towers are difficult to quality control and that the new foundation design is hard to adopt for field engineers in India. RTI have worked hard to explain and demonstrate the business strategy which enables RTI to secure the highest level of quality both in tower and foundation designs.
RTI proposed to the clients that their key subcontractors and technical teams should be invited to participate in a training session where the tower and the foundation designs where thoroughly ex-plained. The training session was a big success allowing RTI to increase the sells of towers and reduce the incidences of substandard quality at site. RTI have through international knowledge sharing with Ramboll Telecom and its subsidiaries been able to share best practises with the clients which today drive the civil works across India.
