Ramboll has throughout the design of more than 2000 base stations gained an exclusive knowledge of design and construction work for establishing cellular Network base stations. We can offer experienced Construction Managers, hereunder National Managers, Regional Managers and Site Supervisors. Their key role is to ensure the continuously Roll-out of Site construction within agreed time and quality. They monitor, supervise and evaluate contractors work and progress as well as health and safety measures. They participate in the client’s final site inspections and thus insure a high site acceptance rate. They are overall responsible for monitoring the site construction work and ensure that the agreed quality of the work is achieved.
National and Regional Construction Management Roles
National and Regional Construction Management ensures tasks as,
- Overall national and regional monitoring and follow-up on construction quality and roll-out
- Evaluation of contractors work and progress
- Take necessary actions if quality, time and safety is not achieved
- Necessary communication with other relevant RollOut responsible stakeholders
- Relevant actions and communication with Site Supervisors and other relevant RollOut stakeholders
