RamSite, Order Management and Financials

 
 
Order management in RamSiteTM carries out the financials, logistic and inventory management of the project through a number of section modules:

  • Purchase
  • Sale
  • Transport
  • Invoicing

Before making use of the module, suppliers, products, supplier price lists, sales price lists and other master data, are set up in the system.

Order Management is important to control the process
When equipment, infrastructure and work is to be ordered, purchase orders are set up in the system per supplier, e.g. from predefined templates. Purchase can be made either to stock or directly to the site.

When the product is received, the delivery and the actual purchase price can be registered in order to compare budget with costs.

If the product is to be resold to a customer, a sales order can be set up. In this way both revenue and costs can be controlled.

Furthermore, transport orders for ordering of product from stock to site can be set up. The logistics are registered for each product, making it possible to track the product at a later time.

Orders can also be set up automatically from material lists when a site reaches a specific milestone. This ensures that the products are available when needed.
