RamSite^TM

Throughout the site acquisition phase, Ramboll focuses on speed and efficiency. To facilitate this, we have developed a powerful software program called RamSite™. This database tool allows users to manage all site data, ensure the same documentation and level of quality for all sites, and closely follow a project’s progress at all times.

Site identification

The first phase of finding the best candidate for a site can start in two ways. Either the network operator can suggest search areas for Ramboll, or Ramboll can use its Friendly Site Databases to produce a list of possible candidates. Our intelligent and efficient approach takes advantage of established contacts, known site specifications and easier realisation of lease and permit agreements.

Site surveys

All Ramboll site surveys are performed by engineers who are experts in structural engineering. This allows us to assess the structural suitability of any given site at a very early stage, further accelerating the acquisition process.

Lease negotiations

Wel offer both standard lease agreements, as well as legal expertise in producing specific legal agreements. We also provide a digital visualisation of every site, enabling a quick assessment of the impact that masts, antennas and microwaves will have on the property.
Our dedicated team of site hunters knows the market and has years of experience – providing you with quick and reasonable negotiations that lead to complete contracts and building permits.

Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR)

The experts at Ramboll know what information is vital to record at a survey. We have collected this knowledge into a Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR). Combined with our customer’s specific needs and equipment, this report delivers a detailed view of each specific site’s possibilities.
