Supply in general

Ramboll is a supplier of cost efficient guyed masts and towers. Based upon almost 60 years of experience, the structures are optimized according to the national codes following our high standards. The structures fulfils the individual buyers' requirements regarding antenna and cable loading, restrictions of rotations, safe access, corrosion protection, national safety requirements etc.

Guyed masts, towers, monopoles and special structures can be delivered as standard structures as well as tailor-made. Tailor-made towers are the most cost effective when a high number of towers are needed or the loading of the structure is severe, whereas standard towers are the optimum when only a few towers are needed.

Strongest steel

Ramboll has a network of reliable steel manufacturers in many countries all fulfilling our requirements. At the moment Ramboll structures are manufactured in India, Thailand, Indonesia, China and Poland.

The structures are manufactured according to EN 1090 or similar by highly skilled craftsmen and certi-fied welders.
All steel parts are hot dip galvanized to provide satisfying corrosion protection. Stainless steel is used for small bolts, U-bolts and special small parts.

Primary function

The primary function of Ramboll structures is of cause to carry antennas and their feeders and cables. Therefore, special emphasis is given to the mounting possibilities for antennas as well as for the feeders and cables on the cable ladder. The cable ladder is typically designed as an integrated part of the climbing ladder.

Fixing of antennas is often possible directly on mast and tower legs with standard antenna fixing kits with minimum visual impact. The antennas can also be mounted with space diversity.
