Rooftop TowersRamboll supplies triangular lattice rooftop tower series - with heights from 9 m to 30 m. The towers are conical with a width in the top of approx. 1.5 m. The towers are typical made of circular tubes.
Special design towers can be delivered as well.

Climbing ladder and cable ladder is normally an integrated unit.

The standard solution is cable steps per 600 mm and ladder steps per 300 mm. The ladder steps are solid round bars, and the width of the steps is 400 mm. The cable steps are small U-profiles, and the width of the steps is not less than 250 mm on both sides of the climbing ladder, providing a total width for cables of 500 mm. Cables and feeders can be fixed to the cable steps on both sides providing a capacity for many cables and feeders. The ladder is placed inside the cross section and is leaning forward in the conical part of the towers, and vertical in the top part providing comfortable climbing conditions.
A safety rail can be fixed to the steps of the climbing ladder. Safety rail is normally included in Ramboll delivery.

Costumer specified climbing ladder and cable ladder solutions are possible; such as ladder with back guards or other types of cable steps.

To reduce the costs of the manufacturing of the towers, special details have been developed to ease the production (e.g. easy diagonal gusset plate connection).

Rita Rooftop Towers, 9m - 30m

Guyed Rooftop Poles

Ramboll supplies a series of Guyed Rooftop Poles - with heights from 8 m to 18 m. Tube diameters are 219 mm and from roof level to guy level and 114 mm from guy level to top level (4 m tube).

To reduce the visual impact, the feeders are placed inside the tube and no ladder is mounted on the monopole. Ramboll Guyed Rooftop Poles can be supplied with Safety Rail System.

The Guyed Rooftop Pole solution is a cheaper and more elegant standard solution than the rooftop lattice tower.
