“Change, because as a consultant you work with many different and varying projects – no assignment is like the other. Responsibility, because you have to deliver a result of a certain standard in order to satisfy the costumer, who then may return with another assignment. Cooperation is important, because in most assignments you work with colleagues from other technical areas – both from other departments and countries. It is an advantage for Ramboll that we can combine competences and resources from all over Scandinavia and handle great and complicated assignments,” says Björn.
